外伤性视神经损伤40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析视神经损伤的诊断和治疗,评价其疗效及愈后。方法对40例视神经损伤患者进行回顾性总结,通过其临床表现、诊断、治疗、治愈率、就诊时间与疗效的关系,并结合文献进行分析。结果40例视神经损伤患者中,就诊时间<1周的疗效明显优于其他患者,但总体治疗效果仍不理想。结论视神经损伤应早期治疗,必要时行视神经管减压术及药物综合治疗;由于总体治疗效果差,强调预防的重要性。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and therapeutic principle of traumatic optic nerve injury and evaluate the curative effect and prognosis. Methods 40 case of traumatic optic nerve injury were retrospectively analyzed in the relationship between clinical sigh, diagnosis , treatment cure rate, the first time to hospital and the curative effect combining references. Results The curative effect of the patients who the fist time of diagnosis was less one week were superior to others, however the total therapeutic efficacy was still not satisfied. Conclusion The treatment of traumatic optic nerve injury should be performed early. The operation of optic nerve decompression and medical integrative treatment may be taken when necessary. The importance of the prevention should be emphasized because of the poor total curative effect.
