摘  要:建立了一种基于类物料清单的产品族结构模型,应用面向对象方法对模型进行了形式化定义。研究了基于该模型的配置推理方法,给出了模型的数据结构以及具体的配置推理过程与算法。该数据结构和算法能够被方便地利用计算机实现,可用于建立一个高效的产品族配置系统。A based-GBOM(generic bill of materials) product family model, which is defined by object-oriented technology, was built. A new configuration framework of the product family was proposed based on multiple views mapping of BOM. On the basis of the product family model, a detailed configuration processes across the entire product realization process were derived. The diverse needs of customers were matched with the products through the multiple views mapping of BOM. Finally, an example of configuration management of a motorcycle product family was introduced.
