摘 要:研究了蒙古沙土鼠脑缺血和再灌注时100000×g离心的大脑皮质可溶性和颗粒性Ca(2+)/CaMPKⅡ活性变化的规律性及差异性。实验结果为:(1)随着脑缺血时间的增加,两部分酶活性均逐渐降低,但可溶性酶活性比颗粒性酶活性下降得更快。(2)随着脑缺血后再灌注时间的延长,两部分酶活性均逐渐升高,但可溶性酶活性比颗粒性酶活性上升得更快。结果表明,可溶性酶比颗粒性酶对脑缺血与再灌注更敏感,该酶活性的变化反映了脑缺血的状态,是脑缺血的重要生物化学指标,可用以研究缺血性脑损伤机制和治疗。The laws and differences of the changes of Ca ̄(2+)/CaM dependent protein kinaseⅡ(Ca ̄(2+)/CaM PK Ⅱ )activities from 100 000 × g centrifugated cytosolic and particulate fractions ofcerebral cortex in Mongolian gerbils during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were investigated.The results were as follows:(1) with the increase of ischemic time the activities of both cytosolicand particulate enzymes decreased gradually,but the activity of the former decreased more rapid-ly than that of the latter did.(2)With the increase of reperfusion time both enzymes recoveredgradually,but the activity of cytosolic enzyme recbvered more rapidly than that of particulate onedid. The results show that cytosolic enzyme is more sensitive to cerebral ischemia and reperfusionthan particulate one; the changes of Ca ̄(2+)/ CaM PK Ⅱactivities reflect the state of cerebralischemia and can serve as an important biochemical marker.
