摘　　要：人才资源向人才资本转变对促进我国经济增长方式改变具有重要意义。提出人才资源向人才资本转变的综合效益评价的指标体系,应用模糊综合评价模型建立人才资源向人才资本转变的综合效益评价方法,并通过示例说明该评价方法的实现步骤。It is important that qualified personnel resource is transformed into qualified personnel capital for changing the mode of economic increase in our country. In this paper, the index system of the comprehensive benefit-evaluation for the transformation of qualified personnel resource into qualified personnel capital was proposed. According to the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a method of comprehensive benefit-evaluation was given for the transformation. The application of the method was also demonstrated.
