摘　　要：本文在整理供应链理论以及价值链相关理论的基础上,引入采购价值链的概念,建立了基于供应链的采购价值链模型。提出了基于该模型的采购价值链管理决策——企业内部采购价值链的管理决策,采购价值链下游的市场驱动与顾客需求管理决策和采购价值链上游的供应商管理决策。Based on the review of theories of the Supply Chain and Value Chain and so on, this thesis will introduce the definition of Purchasing Value Chain and construct model of Purchasing Value Chain - - Purchasing Value System. Continued in the next chapter, it will analyze for the downstream customer management, upstream supplier management in the Purchasing Value Chain and the enterprise’s internal purchasing value activities’management.
