煅制火候对贝壳类煅制品内在质量的影响

摘　　要：通过测定煅制收得率、煅制品总钙含量、煎液中Ｃａ￣（２＋）溶出量及总成分煎出率，对４种贝壳类药材在不同煅制火候条件下内在质量变化规律进行了系统考察和比较。煅制温度达８００℃以上可使内在质量发生明显变化。he internal quality of 4 kinds of shell drugs calcined under different conditions was investigated and compared interms of the yielding ratios and total calcium content of the calcined preduct,Ca￣(3+)content of the decoction and totalwater-soluble extractive rate.It was found that at calcining temperatures higher than 800℃ the internal quality of theshell drugs would change markedly.
