腭裂手术前后语音特点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析腭裂手术前后语音的特点。方法:采用Dr.Speech软件,对32例腭裂患者于手术前及手术后半年行语言声学分析,并与16例正常儿童对照。研究腭裂手术前后软腭功能及舌位的变化。结果:(1)腭裂术前组发[a]、[o]、[i]音时F3值均比正常组低,差异均有显著性;发[o]音时两组F2值差别无显著性;(2 )腭裂术后组发[a]、[o]、[i]音时的F3值比术前组高,差异有显著性;(3)腭裂术后组与正常对照组发[a]、[o]、[i]音时F3值差异均无显著性;发[a]和[i]音时腭裂术后组F2值低于正常对照组,差异均有显著性。结论:语言声学分析可评价腭裂手术疗效及术后语音训练的效果。Objective: To analyze the speech acoustic feature of patients with cleft palate before and after operation.Method: Speech acoustic parameters of 32 patients with cleft palate were measured by Dr. Speech science for windows and analyzed preoperative and postoperative. 16 normal subjects were also analyzed as normal controls.Results: (1) The F3 values of the ,andsounds in patients with cleft palate preoperative were significantly lower than those in normal controls. There were no significant difference between the F2 value of the sound in patients preoperative and that in normal controls; (2) the F3 values of the ,andsounds in patients postoperative were significantly higher than those in patients preoperative;(3) there were no significant difference between the F3 values of the ,andsounds in patients postoperative and those in normal controls. The F2 values of the andsounds in patients postoperative were significantly lower than those in normal controls.Conclusion: Speech acoustic analysis can evaluate the operation and speech therapeutic effect in cleft palate.
