PLF双周疗法治疗晚期鼻咽癌的毒性反应临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察DDP合并2周大剂量CF/5-FU48h连续输注(PLF双周疗法)治疗鼻咽癌的不良反应。方法1999年1月至2003年12月,我科应用DDP合并2周大剂量CF/5-FU48h连续输注的治疗中晚期鼻咽癌106例,对其疗效及毒副反应进行观察、分析,所有病人均至少接受2个疗程的治疗。结果有效率(CR+PR)75.0%(57/76),外周静脉炎279例占80.4%,白细胞减少263例占75.8%,恶心呕吐247例占71.2%,黏膜炎38例占10.9%,腹泻16例占4.6%,但大多为度～度。结论PLF双周疗法治疗晚期鼻咽癌是有效的,为了顺利完成化疗,要做好外周静脉炎和胃肠道反应的护理。Objective To assess the anti-tumor efficacy and safety of chemotherapy of cisplatin with bi-weekly high-dose leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil 48-hours continuous infusion.Methods 106 patients of histologically proven advanced nasopharygeal carcinoma were treated with cisplatin with bi-weekly high-dose leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil 48-hours continuous infusion.All enrolledpatients were received two cycles of treatment. Results The effective rate was 75.0%.Peripheral phlebiti,bone marrow supperession, nauaea and vomiting,mucositis,diarrhoea were 80.4%,75.8%,71.2%,10.9%,4.6%. Conclusion PFL regimen are effective of chemotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma,should be taken to prevent and decrease the toxicity so as to smoothen the chemotherapy under the active cooperation from patients. It is very important as well for nurses to observe the the reaction after chemotherapy.
