摘　　要：随着人类社会的发展,人类的生存理念发生了重大变化。传统的灌输式的思想政治教育已经不能适应人类社会发展的要求,道德教育必须由灌输走向对话。对话式的道德教育倡导关系思维、对话态度,又是一种认知方式和生活方式。树立德性的生成观,实现教师角色的自我转换,道德教育联系实际生活,是构建对话式道德教育的关键所在。With the development of human society, human existence ideas have changed greatly. The traditional way of political education can not meet the needs of human social development. Moral education must be shifted from inculcation to dialogue. Conversational moral education advocates concerning thinking, and dialogue attitude, which is a kind of cognitive way and life style. It is essential in constructing conversational moral education to establish the formulation view of the morality, realize the teacher role's self-conversion, and integrate the moral education with life.
