血清LDH及β_2-MG检测对非霍奇金淋巴瘤预后判断的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)定量检测对非霍奇金淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析57例经病理确诊的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的LDH及β2-MG,判断其与临床分期、骨髓转移及治疗效果的关系。结果:非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者LDH及β2-MG活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅰ～Ⅱ期与Ⅲ～Ⅳ期,无全身症状组(A组)与有全身症状组(B组),无骨髓浸润组与有骨髓浸润组相比,后者均明显高于前者,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。LDH及β2-MG活性高的患者对治疗的反应性降低,预后不良。结论:LDH及β2-MG定量检测可提高对非霍奇金淋巴瘤的诊断水平。Objective To study the value of quantitative determination of lactic dehydrogenese(LDHand beta-2 microglobulin (β2-MG) in the diagnosis of non- Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Methods Data of 57 NHL patients were retrospectively analysed relationships between LDH and β2-MG activities and tumor phase bone marrow invasion as well as effect of treatment were studied. Results LDH and β2- MG activities were significantly higher in NHL than those of the control guoup (P<0.01). All samples are classified into phase Ⅰ～Ⅱ or phase Ⅲ-Ⅳ group A or group B and without or with NHL cells in bone marrow accordingly for comparison purpose. It is found that the value of LDH and β2-MG for all patients in the later category of the comparison pair mentioned above are obviously higher than that in their comparison counterpart and the difference is of significance(P<0.05). The patients of elevated levels in LDH and β2-MG had less sensitivity to the treatment. Conclusion Quantitative determination of LDH and β2-MG may improve its value for the diagnosis of NHL.
