摘 要:目的利用含腭部种植体的上颌骨三维有限元模型,探讨腭部种植体在加强后牙支抗时的位移及应力分布情况。方法采用螺旋CT扫描、计算机图像处理及CAD技术,建立含腭部种植体的上颌骨三维有限元模型。结果在受力状态下,支抗种植体总体上是一种近中移动和垂直压低的复合运动;上颌第一恒磨牙的近中颊尖的腭向位移最大,远中舌尖的颊向位移最大,整体上表现为腭向倾斜及近中舌向扭转的运动趋势。结论种植体骨界面应力最大处在种植体颈部;上颌第一恒磨牙出现复杂的三维空间内的运动。Objective A three-dimensional finite element model of maxilla containing palatal implant as an anchorage was established to analyze the displacement and stress distribution of posterior teeth.Methods A three-dimensional finite element model of maxilla containing palatal implant was built using spiral CT scanning, computer image processing, and CAD technology.Results Under the pressure, palatal implant presented a complex movement of mesial shift and vertical intrusion as a whole. The palatal displacement of mesiobuccal cusp and the buccal placement of distolingual cusp of upper first molar were most significant. Therefore, upper first molar presented a trend of palatal tipping and mesiolingually rotation.Conclusion Stress distribution at implant-bone interface was concentrated on the neck of the implant. The upper first molar presented a complex 3-dimension movement.
