哑门安全针刺深度与颈围等相关关系的CT测量研究

摘　　要：应用ＣＴ测量了６０例不同体型成年人的哑门安全针刺深度及颈围、颈前后径、颅前后径。经统计，得出了哑门安全针刺深度，男性瘦长型为３．７８±０．３ｃｍ，适中型４．２８±０．３３ｃｍ，矮胖型４．８３±０，５０ｃｍ；女性瘦长型为２．９０±０．５４ｃｍ，适中型３．６５±０．５４ｃｍ，矮胖型４．４０±０．５３ｃｍ。同时还测出了哑门安全针刺深度与颈围、颈前后径、颅前后径的相关系数（Ｐ＜０．０５）和回归方程，供临床医师参考。The safe puncture depth of Yamen (GV 15), the neck girth, neck anterioposterior length and glabelloinion length of 60 adults with the difference of somatotype were measured by CT. The statistical processing revealed the safe puncture depth in Yamen (GV 15):male leptosomes 3. 78±0. 35cm, males of mesosoma 4. 28±0. 33cm, and male Pyknics 4. 83±0. 50cm; female leptosomes 2. 90±0. 54cm, females of mesosoma 3. 65±0. 54cm, and female Phyknics 4. 40±0. 53cm. Meanwhile, the measurement also found the correlative coeffficient and the regression equation between the safe puncture depth and the neck girth,neck anterioposterior length and glabello--inion length,Which may be used as a reference for clinical application.
