摘　　要：目的:观察恶性淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯与临床分期、病理及预后的关系。方法:对48例恶性淋巴瘤患者的骨髓进行检查,并对其病理及预后进行分析。结果:骨髓侵犯率16.7%。以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者为主;病理以弥漫型小淋巴细胞性、裂-无裂细胞性、无裂细胞性多见;骨髓未受侵犯者治疗近期有效率77.5%,骨髓有侵犯者治疗近期有效率50%。结论:恶性淋巴瘤患者发生骨髓侵犯与病理及临床分期密切相关,治疗预后不佳。Objective: To determine the correlation of bone marrow involvement with the clinical and pathologic stage and with the prognosis in malignant lymphoma. Methods: Bone marrow specimens from 48 cases of malignant lymphoma were analyzed through pathologic methods and the clinic data were reviewed. Results: The rate of bone marrow involvement was 16.7%, and the majority of such involvement was in stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ clinically, and in diffuse small lymphoma or cleaved-noncleaved lymphoma or noncleaved lymphoma pathologically. The immediate efficacy of treatment was 77.5% in the patients without bone marrow involvement, while was 50% in the patients with such involvement. Conclusion: Bone marrow involvement is closely related to the prognosis and to the clinical stage or pathologic stage.
