摘　　要：科学发展观的本质核心是以人为本。以人为本是科学发展观的出发点和落脚点,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,着力建设和谐社会,必须坚持“三个文明”一起抓,协调共建,推进社会主义物质文明、政治文明、精神文明与和谐社会建设共同进步。The essential core of the scientific development view is people first. People first is the starting point and standpoint of the scientific development view, and it is inherent demands for structuring socialist harmonious society.Commanding the overall situation of economic social development by the scientific development view and putting forth effort to build the harmonious society must insist catching “Three Civilizations” together , coordinate and build together , and advance socialist material progress , political civilization , spiritual civilization and the construction of the harmonious society to make progress together.
