中西药合用治疗胃节律紊乱综合症临床观察

摘　　要：对比观察了中西药合用（治疗组）治疗与单纯百药（对照组）治疗胃节律紊乱综合症的临床疗效，结果表明，前者的总有效率９７．３％，后者的总有效率９３．９％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。停药３个月后复查，两组复发率分别为１０．３％（３／２９）和４５．２％（１４／３１），有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明中西药合用治疗效果较好，复发率低，无任何毒副作用。63 patients with gastric dysrhythmia syndrome (GDS) were divided two groups. 30patient were treated by western medicinel (WM) and treated Chinese herb (TCM) curative group,and 33 patients treated by WM as control group. The results showed :the total effective rate in the former was 97. 3%,but 93. 3 % in the letter (P>0. 05 );after withdrawal three months therelapse rate was 10. 3% (3/29 ) in the former,but 45. 2% (14/31 ) in the latter (P <0. 01). Theyhave significant difference. These manifested that the WM combining with TCM has better effectand lower relapse rate. no toxicity action and side effect.
