鼻咽癌患者血浆uPA及uPAR水平的检测与临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者血浆uPA及uPAR水平变化与鼻咽癌浸润转移之间的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测鼻咽癌患者40例及对照组20例的血浆uPA及uPAR水平,并作uPA与uPAR的相关性分析。结果鼻咽癌有淋巴结及其他器官转移患者uPA、uPAR的含量分别为(2.061±0.387)ng/ml、(2.011±0.389)ng/ml,鼻咽癌无转移患者则分别为(1.468±0.295)ng/ml、(1.134±0.334)ng/ml;对照组uPA、uPAR含量分别为1.137±0.326ng/ml、0.613±0.161ng/ml。各组间比较有显著性差异(P<0·001)。uPA与uPAR存在良好正相关(P<0·001)。结论uPA、uPAR含量增高与鼻咽癌的浸润转移有密切相关,其检测有助于了解病情的进展及预后判断。Objective To study the relationship between the levels of uPA/uPAR and nasopharyngeal carcinoma for the invasion and metastasis Methods The levels of uPA and uPAR were detected by using ELISA. To compare the correlation between the level of uPA and it of uPAR in the different groups. Results The levels of uPA and uPAR were 2.061±0.387ng/ml, 2.011±0.389ng/ml respectively in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with lymph node metastasis and distal metestasis. The levels of uPA and uPAR were 1.468±0.295ng/ml,1.134±0.334ng/ml respectively in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients without lymph node metastasis and distal metastasis. The levels of uPA and uPAR were 1.137±0.326ng/ml, 0.613±0.16lng/mi respectively in the control groups. There were significant difference among groups (P<0.001). There were a statistically significant correlation between the level of uPA and uPAR. Conclusion The elevatiun of the levels of uPA and uPAR were associated closely with nasopharyngeal carcinoma for the invasion and metastasis.
