摘　　要：随机和确定因素存在于高校管理系统实现目标的整个过程中,它通过高校管理的全部职能,表现出自己的规定性和丰富内涵。既没有"纯粹的"确定性,也没有"纯粹的"随机性,高校现实的管理运动就是这种确定和随机的矛盾的辩证统一过程。<Abstrcat>Random and definite factors consist in the process of reaching the goals in the system of higher educational institution management(HEIM).They reflect their own prescriptiveness and rich content through all the functions of HEIM. There's neither pure definiteness nor pure random. The HEIM is a dialectical unity of all the contradictions in its movement.
