摘　　要：企业体系结构是近年来国外学术和技术领域兴起的一个研究热点。本文介绍了企业体系结构的研究背景,在此基础上进一步分析了企业体系结构、企业体系结构框架及其他相关概念的内涵和相互联系,给出了在企业体系框架指导下开发企业体系结构的一般过程。The paper analyses the enterprise system structure, a newly emerged subject both in China and in the west, and in the context of the analysis, examines the inter-relationship among the structure and its framework and other related concepts. It further analyses the process of building up such a structure.
