血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆置换(PE)治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法:设治疗组和对照组,两组病情差异无显著性(P值>0.05),两组均按重型肝炎常规检查和治疗。治疗组同时给予PE治疗。结果:治疗组急性、亚急性、慢性重型肝炎治愈率为66.7%(4/6),78.6%(11/14),41.7%(5/12),对照组为16.7%(1/6),18.2%(2/11),15.4%(2/13),两组差异有显著性(P值<0.01)。结论:PE为重型肝炎提供了有效,安全的治疗手段。Objective:To investigate the effect of Plasma exchange(PE) on treating severe hepatic.Methods:Both of treat and control groups are treated with the same routine examinations and therapies,but the treated group was received the PE.Results:The cure and improved rate in treated group of acute,subacute and chronic severe hepatitis is 66.7%(4/6),78.6%(11/14),41.7%(5/12),and that of the control group is 16.7%(1/6),18.2%(2/11),15.4%(2/13).There is markedly difference between groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:PE is an effective and safe method to treat method the severe hepatitis.
