关于少年女排在启蒙阶段有关进攻性技术与防守性技术训练安排的探讨

摘　　要：采用文献资料法,访谈法,对少年女排在启蒙阶段有关进攻性技术与防守性技术训练的安排作多角度的分析,研究显示:启蒙训练阶段训练中应先练习防守性技术,这符合少年女子运动生理及形态特点,利于其养成低姿习惯;在技术训练中适当安排进攻性技术训练,以保证运动员全面技术水平的提高;在启蒙阶段,应合理安排实际的训练方法,抓住重要环节,正确引导,合理的训练,切实的计划,对促进儿童的正常发育是十分重要的。In this paper,the author uses the literature method and visiting method,he does a research on training of attaching skill and defending skill for youngster female volleyball player,and find that we should begin our training from attaching skill first,it fits the situation of their physiological characteristics in this period,and we should pay more attention to the key training links,their training plan,training method and so on.
