摘 要:技术压力是指技术直接或间接地对人的态度、想法、行为和心理造成的任何消极的影响。无论是企业的普通员工,还是高层管理人员都在不同程度上感受到了计算机技术带来的压力。本文以我国企业员工为调查和研究对象,在剖析计算机技术压力构成的基础上,对比了中美计算机技术压力的异同,探讨了不同人口统计特征下,企业员工计算机技术压力的感知差异,并提出了相应的缓解策略。Technostress is defined as 'any negative impact on attitudes, thoughts, behavior, and psychology of human directly or indirectly resulting from technology'. With the increasing accessibility of computers in Chinese companies, information technology, especially computer and the Internet, has become an essential part of the daily operations. Not only general staff but senior managers also nowadays perceived stress from the manipulation of computer technology. In this paper, the components of computer technostress are explored and the differences between China and US settings are investigated. Then the perception differences of technostress among Chinese employees with different demographics are investigated. Finally, strategies of alleviating technostress are proposed.
