摘  要:尽管网络组织表现出了很强的生命力和适应力,但是员工的高流失率却是不争的事实。员工的心理契约违背往往是难以避免的,惟有重新构建一种能够及时补救心理契约违背的组织文化,网络组织与员工之间才能达成良性互动,提高员工满意度,从而提升组织价值。本文在前人研究的基础上,从心理契约在组织文化中的地位的视角对其进行了界定,并提出了员工心理契约违背模型。最后,提出应从3个方面对网络组织文化进行构建。Although the network organizations have put up strong vitality and adaptability, it is undeniable that the high rate of abdication lies in them. Violation of psychological contract in stuff is unavoidable sometimes. Only by re-constructing the organizational culture for remedying the violation in time, can a mutual understanding between organization and its members be built, which will improve the employees' satisfaction and upgrade the organizational value. On the basis of precedent researches, this paper defines psychological contract from its role in organizational culture. A model of violation of psychological contract is advanced. Lastly, the culture of network organization is advised to construct from three aspects.
