安宫牛黄散治疗肺胀神昏(肺性脑病)的临床研究——附140例临床分析

摘　　要：本文报道以安宫牛黄散为主,采用中西医结合,辨证治疗肺性脑病109例,有效率为58％～85％,死亡率为25.7％,与1981年以来未用本药治疗的31例相比,明显为优。From October 1987 to May 1989,we treated 109 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine. The Chinese medicine mainly administered to the patients is Angong Niuhuang powder. The total effective rate was 58% - 85%. The mortality of the patients was 25. 7%, The therapeutic effect was much superior to that of the patients which has not used this powder.
