摘 要:叙述了用微带电路设计制作的宽带匹配低通滤波器的原理与设计。与常规低通滤波器不同,该滤波器输入端口在带通阻带内均呈匹配特性,他可以解决常规低通滤波器在系统连接中由于带外失配导致的带外抑制性能变劣问题。整个电路做在40×2 0×0 .5 m m3的复合介质衬底上,实验结果表明,宽带匹配3 GHz低通滤波器带内的插损小于1.5 d B,带外抑制大于40 d B,带外驻波比小于2 .5。The principle and design of broadband lowpass filter which is made by micro band electrocircuit.Different from a common lowpass,the input of the lowpass shows matching characteristic,which can solve the problem that the common lowpass in link system results in bad band beside made restraining because of band beside lose matching.The whole electrocircuit is made on 40×20×0.5 mm 3 complex medium.The results of this study indicate that the caustic insert in broadband matching 3 GHz lowpass is less than 1.5 dB,band beside restraining is more than 40 dB and halt ratio of band beside is less than 2.5 dB.
