中西医结合治疗乙胺丁醇中毒致视神经萎缩

摘　　要：以活血通络明目中药治疗为主，配合针刺及穴位封闭，佐以西药维生素等口服，治疗１３例乙胺丁醇中毒致视神经萎缩患者，经２～３个月疗程，均获得视力提高、视野扩大效果。认为中医结合是治疗本病的有效方法。patients with optic atrophy causcd by ethambutol intoxication were treated byChines medicine of promoting blood circulation. removing obstracts in the channels. improving vis-ual acuity. in combination with acupuncture and acupoint blocking.and peroral vitamine.After 2～3months of treatment the visuai acuity of all patiens were improved and the visual fields wereenlar2ed Thetreatment of the integrated tranditional and western medicine is effectire method.
