摘　　要：目的调查分析门诊手术患者对健康教育的需求内容及门诊护士对患者健康教育的认识。方法2002年10月～2003年10月采用问卷调查方法,对206例患者进行健康教育需求内容调查,对40名门诊手术室护士对患者健康教育态度进行调查。结果门诊手术患者认为对所患疾病手术的相关知识接受健康教育非常必要,且内容需要多样化;门诊护士对患者健康教育需求认识不足,有待提高。结论护理管理者应关注门诊患者的健康教育,提高门诊护士健康教育的能力,将门诊手术患者的健康教育工作落实到位,使其形成制度化、规范化、程序化。Objective To investigate patients' demand for health education at the outpatients surgery department and nurses′ awareness of this demand. Methods 206 patients were investigated on their demand for health education. 40 nurses were investigated on their attitudes to patients′ demand for health education. Results The patients regarded it necessary for them to be imparted the relative knowledge of the disease they suffered, and the content should be various. The nurses′ awareness of patients′ demand for health education is insufficient, and should be strengthened. Discussion The administration of nursery should pay more attention to the health education for outpatients, to nurses′ ability of health education, and to carry through the health education on a regular basis.
