食管癌的生物学特征与手术切缘残留癌  

Biological Characteristics of Esophageal Cancers both Primary and Residual

摘　　要：以病理组织学为主，配合ＦＣＭ和Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ图像分析，对６４７例食管癌主癌的生物学特征与切缘残留癌的关系进行了研究。结果残留癌的发生与主癌的瘤体大小，组织学分级，生长方式，侵犯深度，淋巴结转移，癌栓形成，增殖指数，Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ面积／核面积（Ａ／Ａ）及Ａｇ－ＮＯＲＳ核内分布密度（Ｎ／Ａ）显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而与肉眼类型，生长部位、ＤＮＡ含量及Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ颗粒数目无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）Biological characteristics of the main tumors and residual tumors at the cutting margins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were studied by means of hlstology, flow cytometry(FMC) and image analysis technology for AgNORs. The results showed that the likelihood of occurrence of residual tumors were related with the size of the primary tumor, histological grades, patterns of growth, infiltrating depth, lymphatic meatastasis, cancer embolism, FCM proliferative index(PI), area of Ag-NORs/nuclear area(A/A) and ratio of Ag-NORs/unclear area(N/A)(P<0. 05);but not with gross types, site of the primary tumors,the numbers of Ag-NORs(N) and FCM DNA content(P>0.05).
