摘  要:目的探讨灯盏花素注射液通过降低血液黏度治疗小血管血栓形成的疗效。方法30只白兔随机分为灯盏花素组和对照组,2组做双侧膝内侧动脉切断后吻合,制作小血管血栓形成的动物模型,术后做扫描电镜观察和用药前后血液流变学检查。结果灯盏花素液能减少红细胞、血小板、纤维素和白细胞在受伤的小血管内壁中聚集;使红细胞压积、全血比黏度低切部分、全血还原比黏度低切部分和黏度指数显著降低。结论灯盏花素通过减少血液有形成分的聚集和降低血液黏度,可治疗小血管血栓形成。Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of breviscapine on small-vessel thrombosis through debasing blood viscosity. Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into breviscapine group and control group. Their medial genicular arteries were cut off and anastomosed to establish animal model of small-vessel thrombosis. Scanning electron microscope was observed after operation and the blood samples of the animals were examined with hemorheology test before and after medication. Results Breviscapine could decrease aggregation of erythrocytes, platelets, fibrin and leucocytes on the injuried sites of small-vessel. It could also significantly decrease hematocrit, low shear rate of blood viscosity, low shear rate of reduced blood viscosity and viscosity index. Conclusion Breviscapine can treat small-vessel thrombosis through decreasing blood tangible element aggregation and debasing blood viscosity.
