摘　　要：随着《TRIMs协议》给予的过渡期截止时间的临近,我国必须认真研究《TRIMs协议》的有关内容,并重新审视本国的外资立法。本文作者试图从《TRIMs协议》的弹性内容着手进行研究,并依此对我国的外资立法进行了分析。Due to the transitional deadline of TRIMs being around the corner, w e must seriously research the relevant contents of TRIMs,and anew survey the re lated foreign investment legislation of our country. In this thesis the author t ries to proceed from the outset of the flexible contents of TRIMs, and then anal yses foreign investment legislation of our country.
