摘　　要：采用单克隆抗体免疫组化技术对２０例正常卵巢和３２例卵巢移行细胞癌组织进行Ｃ－ｅｒｂ－Ｂ３癌基因产物表达的检测。比较正常卵巢与卵巢移行细胞癌组织Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ３表达的异同，分析卵巢移行细胞癌组织Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ３过度表达与预后诸因素间的关系。结果：正常卵巢组织Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ３的表达率为３０％，卵巢移行细胞癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ３的表达率为４７％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。卵巢移行细胞癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ３过度表达与患者的年龄、临床分期、ＣＡ＿（１２５）水平、组织学分化和淋巴结转移间未见明显关系（Ｐ＞０．０５），但是，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ３过度表达的卵巢移行细胞癌患者的预后较差。bjective To determine the prevalence of C-erbB3 abnormal protein expression in transitional cell carcinoma of the ovary in our hospital and to analyse the correlation between the overexpression of C- erbB3 protein and prognostic parameters of transitional cell carcinoma of the ovary. Methods Thirty-two transitional cell carcinoma of the ovarv and 20 normal ovaries were studied for overexpression of C-erbB3 protein by immunohistochemical staining (IHS), using the monoclonal antibody RJT2 on paraffin sections. Results Forty seven percent of 32 samples of transitional cell carcinoma of the ovary showed posi- tive IHS with RJT2, and 39% of 20 normal ovaries showed positive cytoplasrnic and rnembrane staining (P > 0. 05). C-erbB3 overexpression did not correlate with age, CA_(125) levels, histological grade andlymph node metastases, but patients with overexpression of C-erbB3 had a poorer prognosis. Conclusion Overexpression of C-erbB3 is a common event in transitional cell carcinoma of ovary. Further studies are warranted to clarify the role of C-erbB3 in transitional cell carcinoma of the ovary.
