摘  要:对62例肿瘤患者全血化学发光和三种抗氧化酶活性对照分析,结果显示患者全血化学发光水平升高和抗氧化酶活性减低有统计学意义(P<0.01)。原发癌组全血发光较转移癌组显著增高(P<0.01)。抗氧化酶以SOD活性改变对细胞发光影响最大,提示活性氧代谢失衡和抗氧化酶防御系统功能低下在肿瘤病因学或病理过程中有着重要意义。In an assay of chemiluminescence(CL)and activties of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in blood of 62 patients with cancer,the CL value was found to be signifiantly higher than that of normal subjects(n=54)(P<0.01).The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were distinctly diminished,while the CAT activity was slightly but not significantly altered.The CL level of patients with primary cancer(n=30)was markedly elevated in comparison with patients with metastatic cancer(n=32)(P<0.01).It is suggested that active oxygen species and the enzymes play an important role in the etiology pathogenesis of cancer.
