摘　　要：采用价格低、色谱全、来源广、渗透性和化学稳定性好的活性染料对杨木单板进行仿黑胡桃染色,通过控制染色温度、时间以及促染剂和固色剂用量,可得到很好的染色效果.试验得出较优染色工艺条件为:温度70～80℃,时间3h,促染剂元明粉40 g/L,固色剂纯碱20 g/L.Dye technology for Poplar (Populus yunnanensis) veneer was conducted to imitate Walnut (Juglans nigra) wood. Red, yellow and blue reactive dyestuffs were selected. Results showed that the dyeing effect could be dominated by controlling the dyeing temperature and time, as well as the dosage of the accelerating agent and the color fixing agent. A satisfactory effect could be obtained under the following dyeing conditions: a temperature between 70~80 , a time of 3 h using Na_2SO_410H_2O as an accelerating agent at a concentration of 40 g/L,and Na_2CO_3 as a color fixing agent at 20 g/L.
