上颌窦癌161例的放疗及失败原因分析

摘　　要：自１９７７～１９９０年采用放疗及放射和手术综合治疗上颌窦癌１６１例。全组１、３、５和１０年存活率分别为７８．３％、４４．７％、３１．６％和１４．３％。单纯放疗和综合治疗的５年存活率分别为２１．７％和４５．８％。影响预后的主要因素为临床分期，其次为病理分级。治疗失败的主要原因为局部肿瘤未控及复发。讨论了放疗失败原因并介绍了直线加速器电子束和光子混合线束治疗方法。From January 1977 to December 1990, 161 patients with cancer of the maxillary sinus were treated with radiotherapy alone or combined with surgery.The 1,3,5 and 10 years survival rates were 78.3%,44.7%, 31.6% and 14.35 reapectively. The five-year survival rate of radiotherapy alone or combined with surgery were 21.7% and 45.8% respectively.The clinical stage and the pathological type of carcinoma were factors that affected the prognosis. Local recurrence was the major cause of death. The authors believe that the combined electron and photon beams was more effective for treating the cancer of the maxillary sinus than the conventional method.
