摘 要:目的:比较与评价临床常用的手感法、X线指感法和ROOTZX电测法测定根管工作长度的准确性。方法:随机将101例患者、150颗需根管治疗的牙齿分成3组,每组50颗,分别用手测法、X线指感法和ROOTZX法测定根管工作长度,比较其准确度。结果:ROOTZX法与X线指感法的适填率为94%、92%,差异无显著性,手感法的适填率为76%,ROOTZX法与手感法差异有显著性。结论:ROOTZX组在减少术后超填方面优于手感法。ROOTZX组与X线指感法无显著差异,但ROOTZX测量根管操作方便,患者受到的辐射少,费用低。Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of three methods of determining the working length of root canal. Methods:One hundred and one patients with 150 teeth were divided randomly into three groups : group 1 with hands measuring method ,group 2 with hands and X-ray measuring method ,group 3 with ROOT ZX method. Results:The percentage of proper filling was 76% in group 1,92% in group 2 and 94% in group 3 .The difference was significant between group 1 and group 3,but not significant between group 2 and group 3.Conclusion:ROOT ZX is better than hand measuring method in decreasing overfilling quantity . ROOT ZX and hands with X-ray measuring method are both accurate and reliable in determination of root canal length ,but the cost of ROOT ZX is less ,and the radiation of ROOT ZX is lower.
