摘　　要：本文将GERT网络随机模型引入并应用到水利水电工程施工建设中,并结合具体实例阐述了模型建立及求解的过程与方法,最后给出了该例的应用效果及本文结论.In this paper, the GERT stochastic models have been introduced and applied into water concervancy and water power project constructions, and with a typical application, the processes and methods on establishing and solving the GERT models have been described. At last, the concequence of the application and the conclusion of this paper have been stated.
