中药配合介入疗法治疗贲门癌33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药扶正消瘤汤配合介入疗法治疗贲门癌的临床效果。方法:69例贲门癌患者随机分为两组,对照组36例,采用 Seldinger 技术经一侧股动脉穿刺插管,将导管选择至贲门区肿瘤供血动脉注入化疗药物,并配合服用中药大黄(庶虫)虫丸。治疗组33例,在介入治疗的基础上配合服用中药扶正消瘤汤。结果:近期有效率治疗组69.7%,对照组63.6%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组卡氏评分下降不明显(P>0.05),对照组下降明显(P<0.05);治疗组消化道反应及白细胞减低的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);带瘤生存时间治疗组亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提示中药扶正消瘤汤配合介入疗法用于贲门癌的治疗有助于改善患者的生活质量,减轻毒副反应,延长带瘤生存时间,优于单纯介入疗法。Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction combined with interventional therapy on cardiac carcinoma.Methods:69 cases of cardiac carcinoma were randomly divided into a treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of 36 cases.The control group were treated with interventional method in which a catheter was introduced into the supplying arteries of the neoplasms and chemotherapeutic agents were perfused through the catheter by Seldinger's technique,and the Chinese herbal medicine Dahuang Zhechong Pills was also administrated orally.The treatment group were treated by oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction on the basis of the interventional therapy.Results:The short-term effective rate was 69.7% and 63.6% in the two groups respectively,with no significance(P>0.05).But the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the decrease of Karnofsky Grade(P<0.05),and the toxic and side effects in gastrointestinal tract reaction and decrease of white cells of peripheral blood were significantly reduced in the treatment group as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The noduliferous survival time in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction combined with interventional therapy can improve life quality,relieve toxic and side effects,prolong noduliferous survival time,being better than the interventional therapy.
