P53在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中P53的表达水平及临床病理因素的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测266例乳腺癌组织中P53及其他生物学指标的表达情况并结合临床病理因素进行相关分析。结果:P53在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为64.66%,P53表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、临床分期有关(P<0.01),其表达水平与乳腺癌组织的C-erbB-2呈正相关性(P<0.01),与PR的表达呈负相关性(P<0.05),与患者年龄、淋巴结转移数目和ER的表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P53表达与乳腺癌发生、发展有关,是一个不良预后因素。Objective: To investigate the expression level of P53 in breast cancer tissue and its correlation with clinicopathologic factors. Methods: The expressions of P53 in 266 cases of breast cancer tissues were assessed by immunohistochemistry and its correlation with clinicopathologic factors was statistically analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of P53 was 64.66 %. The expression of P53 was correlated with the tumor size,clinical stage (P<0.01), and its expression levels were positively correlated with C-erbB-2 (P<0.01)and negatively with PR respectively (P<0.05), but the expression of P53 was not correlated with age, lymph node status and expression of ER (P>0.05). Conclusions: The expression of P53 is related with the occurrence and progression of breast cancer and it is a bad prognosis factor.
