肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤影像学检查与病理对照

摘　　要：报告经手术、病理证实的１３例肾血管平滑脱脂肪瘤（ＲＡＬ）的影像学表现。Ｂ超对典型ＲＡＬ诊断符合率为１００％（７／７），不典型ＲＡＬ诊断率为１７％（１／６）；并对不典型ＲＡＬ的误诊进行分析。与手术病理对照，Ｂ超典型和非典型成像原理及ＣＴ征像的形成原理。并提出静脉造影检查无特异性表现，Ｂ超和ＣＴ为本病最佳影像学检查方法。We report the ultrasonographic (US)、computer tomographic(CT) and Intravenous pyelographic (IVP) findings of 13 cases of renal angiomyolipoma (RAL) confirmed by operation and pathological examination. The US diagnostic rate in the typical RAL patients is 100% (7/7), and in the atypical RAL patients is 17% (1/6). The reasons of misdiagnosis in the atypical RAL patients were analysed. We discussed the image forming principles of CT and US in the typical RAL and atypical RAL patients comparing with post-operative pathological examination. Authors consider that IVP has nonspecific finding in RAL patients,while US and CT are the best imaging method for GAL patients.
