摘　　要：论文认为通过图书采购招投标,尽管规范了高校图书馆的图书采购,但同时还应重视招标过程中的规范性原则和互利性效益。This paper believes that although the university library books purchase is normalized by means of public bidding in books purchase,academic libraries still should pay more attention to the principles of standard and mutual benefit during public bidding.
