摘　　要：报告１２例腹膜假性粘液瘤的超声检查结果。文中阐述了腹膜假性粘液瘤超声诊断的临床意义。描述其声像图表现并与腹腔镜和手术所见对照。腹腔内大小不等的光团，内部呈细小蜂窝样回声为其特征性声像图。作者认为超声在本病的诊断方面具有重要的临床意义。Twelve cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei diagnosed by ultrasonography were reported.The clinical significance of sonography in making diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei was discussed.The ultrasonw appearances of pseudomyxoma peritonei were described and compared with the finding of laparoscope and surgical operation. Different size of masses in abdomen and its inner echo-honeycomb were characteristic sonogram. We consider that dltrasound is useful in diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei.
