肠系声学造影诊断肠道内外肿块的价值研究

摘　　要：报告４９例口服甘露醇作肠系声学造影，其中２０例病人造影结果与手术病理、纤维内窥镜、Ｘ线钡剂造影、ＣＴ检查相符．结果表明：本法能短时间使各段肠腔充盈，图像显示清晰，可正确测出肠壁厚度，显示肠内外肿块大小、形态及部位，能鉴别肠外肿块，特别可弥补纤维内窥镜和Ｘ线钡剂造影在小肠方面的诊断不足．同时对胰头和胆总管下段病变诊断中也有重要作用．本研究可明显提高对肠道肿块检出率及肠外肿块的鉴别诊断．This paper reports intestinal contrast ultrasonography by aral mannitol in 49 cases. 20 in them were proved pathology, fibrescopy, X-ray barium meal and CT scan. The results demonstrate that this procedure can display the contrast filling the all segments of the intestine clearly in a short time. measure the chickness of the intestinal wall precisely, show the size. shape and lOCation of the tumor inside the intestinal tract, differentiate between the tumors inside and outside the intestinal tract,and especially can make a complementation in the diagnosis of intestinal tract disease with fibrescopy and X-ray barium meal examination. It can also help in the diagnosis of the lesions of the pancreatic head and the lower part of the common bile duct. This research can improve the detectable rate of the intestinal tumor significantly and differentiate from the tumor outside the intestinal tract.
