视网膜脱离玻璃体手术后白内障的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨视网膜脱离玻璃体手术后并发性白内障的手术治疗。方法回顾性分析视网膜脱离玻璃体手术后并发白内障病例共28例(28眼)。视网膜脱离后均行玻璃体切除手术,C_3F_8气体为眼内填充物。采用晶状体囊外摘除术或超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术。结果经过随访,28眼视力均有提高,视力达到或超过视网膜脱离术后最佳视力的有22眼,占78.57%。结论白内障摘除手术有助于提高患者视力,并有利于对其眼底的随访。Purpose To investigate surgical treatment of secondary cataract after vitrectomy for retinal detachment. Methods Clinical date of 28 cases(28 eyes)of secondary cataract after vitrectomies for retinal detachemnt were analyzed retrospectively.Standard pars plana vitrectomies had been applied to all cases,which C3Fs was used as intraocular tamponades. Cataract were treated by extracapsular cataract extraction or phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation.Results Our study indicate vision acuity of all 28 cases have improved and 22 cases have even reached or exceeded their best level after vitrectomy,which make up 78.57% of all the cases.Conclusion Cataract extraction contributes to better vision acuity.The surgical treatment is also helpful with follow up the fundus of patients.
