摘  要:目的:观察饮用纯净水及加镁纯净水对大鼠体质量、饮食量、饮水量、脏器系数、心脏镁锌铜含量的影响。方法:实验于2003-01/07在解放军第三军医大学军事预防医学院环境卫生学教研室实验室完成。健康Wistar大鼠180只,随机分为3组:饮用自来水组(对照组)、纯净水组和加镁纯净水组(纯净水+0.5g/L硫酸镁),每组60只,雌雄各半。每周称量体质量1次,每月测量24h饮食、饮水量1次。分别于3个月和6个月时,每组各随机选取大鼠30只处死(雌雄各半),取心、肝、脾、肺、肾称质量并计算脏器系数,同时检测心脏中镁锌铜的含量。结果:实验大鼠180只均进入结果分析。①大鼠体质量增长情况:在观察期内,与自来水组比较饮用纯净水和加镁纯净水未见显著影响。②大鼠饮食饮水量情况:纯净水组雌性大鼠在观察后期有显著下降,其余未见显著差异。③大鼠的心脏和肾脏脏器系数情况:饮用纯净水6个月雌性大鼠显著高于自来水组(0.39±0.07和0.70±0.10,0.33±0.04和0.59±0.04,P<0.05)。④大鼠心脏镁、锌、铜含量情况:纯净水组与自来水组比较未见显著差异。结论:观察期内在饲养环境和饲料一致的条件下,饮用纯净水及加镁纯净水未明显引起大鼠体质量、饮食饮水量及心脏镁锌铜含量的异常改变,但饮用纯净水>6个月的雌性大鼠心脏和肾脏的脏器指数明显高于自来水组,提示长期饮用纯净水对大鼠(尤其是雌性大鼠)心肾功能可能有潜在的不利影响。AIM:To observe the influence of purified drinking water and that with magnesium in it on the body mass, dietary amount, drinking amount, organic indexes and the cardiac contents of magnesium, zinc and copper in rats. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the laboratory of Department of Environmental Health, School of Preventive Medicine, Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January and July 2003. A total of 180 healthy Wistar rats were equally randomized into 3 groups (half males and half females): tap-water group (control group), purified water group and purified water containing magnesium group (purified water+0.5 g/L magnesium sulfate). The body mass was measured once a week, 24-hour dietary and drinking amounts were detected once a month. At 3 and 6 months respectively, 30 rats (half males and half females) in each group were randomly selected and killed, their heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney were taken and weighed to calculate organic indexes, the cardiac contents of magnesium, zinc and copper were also detected at the same time. RESULTS: All the 180 experimental rats were involved in the analysis of results. ① Increase of body mass in the rats: Compared with the tap-water group, there was no significant influence in the purified drinking water group and purified water containing magnesium group. ② Dietary and drinking amounts: There were significant decreases in the purified drinking water group during the late period of observation, and no significant differences were observed in the other two groups. ③Cardiac contents of magnesium, zinc and copper: There were insignificant differences between the drinking water group and the tap-water group.④ Organic indexes of heart and kidney: Those were significantly higher at 6 months in female rats in the drinking water group than in the tap-water group [0.39±0.07, 0.70±0.10; 0.33±0.04, 0.59±0.04, P < 0.05].
