摘　　要：目的:观察犬乳恒牙替换过程中核转录因子KappaB的表达,探讨其在牙齿替换中的作用。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测NFkB在犬乳恒牙替换过程中的表达。结果:NFkB在幼犬替牙期的恒牙胚上方骨组织中的破骨细胞以及乳牙根面和牙髓腔内的破牙细胞中均有阳性信号表达。结论:NFkB可能参与了犬乳恒牙替换过程中的牙齿的萌出过程。Objective:To observe the expression of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kB) during the replacement of primary and permanent teeth in dog. Methods:By immunohistochemistry, expression of NF-kB was examined in the tissues around deciduous tooth root at resorption stage in 2 dogs aged 3-4 months.Results:NF-kB positive signals were observed in the osteoclasts up to the permanent tooth germ and in odontoclasts in the medial wall of the pulp cavity of deciduous teeth.Conlusion:NF-kB may involve in the eruption of permanent teeth during the stage of the replacement of primary and permanent teeth.
