摘  要:精子蛋白17(spermprotein17,Sp17)是一种高度保守的哺乳动物蛋白,主要在睾丸中表达。在睾丸外的某些正常组织中也可检测到低水平Sp17mRNA和少量表达该蛋白的细胞。文献报道一些多发性骨髓瘤,原发性卵巢癌患者的肿瘤组织表达Sp17,新近我们应用免疫组化技术发现子宫内膜癌细胞Sp17也呈阳性。在正常组织的局限性表达和在肿瘤中的异常表达,使Sp17有望成为肿瘤诊断的标志物。Sp17既有B细胞表位又有细胞毒T淋巴细胞(cytotoxicTlympytes,CTL)表位,可以从正常供体、MM患者和卵巢癌患者制备出能杀伤HLA相配的Sp17+的肿瘤细胞的CTL,提示Sp17可能为免疫治疗的理想疫苗。Sperm protein 17 (Sp17) is a highly conserved mammalian protein expressed mainly in testis. Low level of Sp17 mRNA and small proportion of cells expressing Sp17 are detected in some non-testis normal tissues. Expression of human sperm protein 17 has been reported in tumor tissues from some patients with multiple myeloma and ovarian carcinoma. We recently demonstrated that Sp17 was also expressed in carcinoma of endometrium. The restricted normal tissue expression and aberrant expression in tumor of Sp17 make it a potential marker for diagnosis of tumors. Sp17 contains not only epitope of B cell, but also CTL epitope, and Sp17-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes which is capable of killing human leukocyte antigen. (HLA)-matched Sp17+ tumor cells have been generated from both normal donors and MM and ovarian cancer patients, suggesting Sp17 is a potential target for tumor immunotherapy.
