摘  要:目的检测鼻腔鳞状细胞癌(NSCC)组织中CD34、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及基底膜层粘连蛋白(LN)的表达。方法应用SP方法检测26例鼻腔鳞癌组织中CD34、PCNA及LN的表达,并将21例鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)及14例鼻息肉(NP)做对照,分别检测其微血管密度(MVD),计数PCNA标记指数(PCNALI)和基底膜线性染色完整性。结果CD34在NP、NIP及NSCC中的表达分别为35.17±5.13、52.29±8.96和80.59±12.15,F=79.22,P<0.001;PCNA标记指数分别为29.9±10.2、35.1±6.9和62.8±17.7,F=40.00,P<0.001;LN表达三者之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论MVD和PCNALI可分别作为独立指标反映NSCC的增殖活性和侵袭发展潜能;基底膜LN的表达可作为NSCC浸润性生长的生物学标志之一。OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of CD_ 34 , PCNA and laminin in NSCC and their action and difference on tumor invasion and metastasis. METHODS: The expressions of CD_ 34 , PCNA and laminin were detected in 26 cases of NSCC, 21 cases of nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) and 14 cases of nasal polyps (NP) with the immunohistochemical SP method. RESULTS: The MVDs were 35.17±5.13,52.29±8.96 and 80.59±12.15 in NP, NIP and NSCC, F=79.22,P<0.001. The PCNA labeling indexes (PCNALI) were 29.9±10.2, 35.1±6.9,and 62.8±17.7 in NP, NIP and NSCC respectively, and statistically significant differences in PCNALI were found among the three diseases above mentioned, F=40.00,P<0.001. A significant difference in laminin expression was found among the three diseases mentioned above, P<0.01. CONCLUSIONS: MVD and PCNALI can be used as a strong independent indicator to judge the invasion of NSCC. The expression of laminin can be used as an independent indicator to judge the tumor invasion and metastasis.
