摘　　要：一般认为,国有企业的首要目标是利润最大化,以利润为核心管理国有企业是天经地义的事情。我国对国有企业的改革就是在这种认识基础上进行的。作者认为这是对国有企业定位的错误。正确的定位应该是:国有企业是实现国家目标的工具,利润最大化不是国有企业的主要经营目标。It is generally assumed that the primary target of the state - owned enterprise is to maximize its profits, and that it is perfectly right and proper that the state - owned enterprise should take profits as the core of its management. It is on the basis of this understanding that our country' s transformation of the state - owned enterprises proceeded. The author thinks that this is a mistake related to the orientation of the state - owned enterprise. The right orientation of a state - owned enterprise should be: the state - owned enterprise is a tool for realizing national targets. It is to be noted that maximizing profits is not the main purpose of. a state - owned enterprise.
