喉癌喉咽癌患者血清超弱发光的临床研究

摘　　要：采用ＳＨＧ－１型生物化学发光测量仪对４０例患者（喉癌１２例，喉咽癌１８例，良性肿瘤１０例）和３０例正常人血清超微弱发光强度进行测试比较。结果表明：恶性肿瘤组高于良性肿瘤组，良性肿瘤组高于正常人，且差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。本实验提示：患者血清发光强度的测试结果可以作为喉及喉咽恶性肿瘤诊断的又一重要参考指标。Ultra- weak luminescence of seruin in 30 normal persons tqnd 40 patients(12 laryngeal cancers,18 laryngophdaryngeal cancers,and1 0 benign tumour patients)was studied using SHG-1 type photobiological photometer.The results Showed that the intensity in malignant tumour group was high- er than that of the benign grnup,which in turn was higher than that of the normal group with signifi- cant statistical differences (P<0.05).The qtudy implied that ultra-weak luminescence test is of value in diagnosis of laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal cancers.
