摘　　要：高校后勤社会化后财务管理工作,如何适应后勤社会化改革带来的管理体制、管理方式、预算管理、约束机制、用人制度等方面的新变化,建立既适应高校改革发展需要,又符合后勤社会化改革要求的财务管理模式,应是高校财务管理工作认真思考的问题。How will the financial management adapt itself to a series of changes after the socialization of rearservice of university such as the changes in the management system,management mode,budget management,restraint mechanisms,the system of personnel placement and so on.so as to establish the financial management mode to meet both the need of reform and development of university and the requirements for the socialization of rear service?This is a question worthy of careful consideration for the financial management of university.
