摘　　要：齐齐哈尔亚麻纺织厂建厂16年,从6044枚亚麻湿纺纱锭的中型企业发展成为拥有14208枚纱锭、72台套织布机的大型亚麻纺织企业。介绍了齐齐哈尔亚麻纺织厂在管理中实施的具体管理方法,总结出它的成功得益于降低成本创名牌这样一个好的经营理念。通过对它的研究,可以为其它同类型企业找到,提高企业竞争力的有效方法。Qiqhar linen textile mill has been for 16 years.At the beginning,it was a middle scale enterprise with 6044 yarn spindles,until now it has become a big textile enterprise with the yarn spinning spindles 14208,looms 72 set.The article gives the introduction of the detail management for Qiqihar linen textile mill.It is said that the reason of success is from reducing the cost and creating famous brand.By researching,we can find the way to reduce cost and improve competition for other similar enterprises.
